    Essential Home Care covers weekly lawn care, pest and mosquito treatments, plus annual gutter and window cleaning. Total Home Maintenance adds semiannual gutter and window cleaning, annual pressure washing, HVAC tune-ups, priority scheduling, and repair discounts. PrimeHome Elite includes all previous services plus 24/7 emergency response, plumbing and electrical inspections, full home security with monitoring, annual deep cleaning, a dedicated account manager, and free service calls.

  • How does scheduling and service coordination work?

    PrimeHome manages all scheduling and coordination with vetted subcontractors on your behalf. Members receive priority scheduling with higher tiers, ensuring timely service without the hassle of contacting multiple providers.

  • Are there any additional fees beyond the monthly membership?

    Most routine services are included within your membership fee. Discounts on repairs apply to Total Home Maintenance and Elite tiers. Elite members benefit from free service calls and emergency response without extra charges. Any specialized repairs or upgrades outside the membership scope will be quoted separately.

  • Can I upgrade or change my membership tier later?

    Yes, members can upgrade or adjust their membership tier at any time to better suit their home care needs. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle, with support from your dedicated account manager if applicable.
